Training Specialist (Manufacturing, Aarhus)

Job summary

This role focuses on developing and enhancing training programs for NAC manufacturing, ensuring workforce readiness and compliance across global sites. The position involves creating training frameworks, coaching trainers, and driving continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Learning & Development, HR, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be accepted.
• Proven experience in manufacturing training, technical training, or workforce development.
• Background in designing and implementing structured training programs and competency frameworks.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with learning management systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve NAC Manufacturing training frameworks and certification processes.
• Design role-based training programs, including content and assessment criteria.
• Create factory-ready training materials based on global standards and process requirements.
• Train and certify factory trainers to ensure effective training deployment.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring training readiness.
• Monitor training compliance and competency development through learning management systems.

Skills

• Ability to design structured training programs and verify their effectiveness.
• Maintain training standards and methodologies aligned with Manufacturing Excellence.
• Validate training readiness during NPI and ensure factory preparedness.
• Ensure accurate tracking of training execution and qualifications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
