Training Specialist (Logistics, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves the planning, execution, and delivery of training programs for warehouse management systems, safety, and onboarding processes. The Training Specialist will support various warehouse projects and ensure high-quality learning experiences across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong personality capable of engaging with both operational and management levels.
• Independent contributor with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct trainings both on-site and online.
• Continuously improve training materials and assess their effectiveness.
• Manage training records using Power BI and other databases.
• Train key users and end-users on processes and functionalities.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Provide training support and project updates to stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and standardization among internal and external parties.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand project needs.

Skills

• Proficiency in one or more warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.
• High level of independence and self-motivation.
• Comfortable presenting in front of an audience.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Tools

• SQL and Power BI proficiency is advantageous.
