Training Specialist

Job summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and delivery of training programs for warehouse operators and leadership, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), safety, and onboarding processes. You will support various projects across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong personality capable of engaging with both operational and management levels.
• Independent contributor with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute training sessions both on-site and online.
• Continuously improve training materials and assess their effectiveness.
• Manage and track training records using Power BI and other databases.
• Train key and end-users on processes and functionalities.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Provide training support and regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and standardization among internal and external parties.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to anticipate project needs.

Skills

• Proficiency in one or more Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Competence in MS Office Suite.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Danish is preferred.
• High level of independence and self-motivation.
• Comfortable presenting in front of an audience.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Tools

• SQL and Power BI proficiency is a plus.
