Job summary

This role involves supporting the Trading Operations Power team, focusing on the movement of energy across Europe and ensuring market balance. You will work closely with traders and collaborate with various teams, gaining practical experience in the energy sector, particularly in green energy production.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with at least 18 months of studies remaining
• Ability to work 18–20 hours per week during office hours (8–16), with flexibility around studies and exams
• Strong attention to detail and structured work approach
• Confident communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Place exchange bids and book OTC deals with counterparts
• Ensure accurate data and alignment with market positions and trading strategies
• Support out-of-hours operations as needed
• Contribute to process improvements within the team

Skills

• Logical thinking and curiosity about the energy sector
• Ability to maintain an overview during busy periods
• Motivation to learn and improve manual processes

Education

• Current enrollment in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program

Tools

• Familiarity with trading systems and data management tools is beneficial but not required.
