Job summary

This role involves working as a Time Management Consultant, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking or WorkForce Software Time & Attendance. You will engage in implementation and support projects, collaborating with clients to gather requirements and configure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation and support projects for workforce and time management solutions.
• Assist clients during pre- and post-implementation phases, including training, workshops, testing, and go-live activities.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, maintaining relevant documentation.
• Design and implement configurations tailored to client specifications.
• Work flexibly across various implementation and support projects.

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking or WorkForce Software Time & Attendance is required.
• Proven experience in managing client communications and providing advisory support.

• Experience with the Scheduling module in WorkForce Software.
• Knowledge of SQL or Oracle Databases.
• Familiarity with JavaScript.
