Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects from inception to completion, managing problem framing, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of commercial results.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify uncertainties and shape strategic recommendations.
• Develop and validate business cases, including market sizing and financial modeling, to support investment decisions.
• Design and implement commercial validation activities, ensuring projects progress based on evidence and defined learning milestones.
• Create and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Sales and stakeholders for successful product launches.
• Provide indirect leadership across teams and external partners, ensuring high-quality outputs and momentum towards commercial goals.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders through structured presentations, including recommendations and decision asks.
