AI Deployment Strategist (On-site, Denmark or Switzerland)

Job summary

The role involves leading the deployment of applied AI strategies for senior business leaders, ensuring measurable outcomes from AI initiatives. You will partner closely with leaders to develop and execute a 90-day plan following an initial Accelerator program, maintaining ongoing support throughout the partnership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years in high-impact roles, with at least two years focused on applied AI.
• Proven experience in deploying AI within operating businesses, demonstrating real outcomes.
• Strong track record of accountability for measurable business results, ideally reflected in P&L.
• Daily fluency with modern AI tools and agents.
• Executive presence to collaborate effectively with C-suite executives.
• Ability to transform ambiguity into structured plans and deliver results.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; MBA or similar is a plus.
