Senior AI Solutions Consultant

Job summary

This role involves working closely with senior team members to contribute to client engagements by identifying AI solutions, prototyping demos, and shaping AI consulting practices within a marketing agency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience post-graduation, with a focus on delivered projects rather than company names.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI and its implications for the future of work.
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with the latest AI tools and prototyping.
• Experience in consulting, transformation teams, or high-growth startups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deliveries with guidance and a commitment to professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pitch materials, including commercial scope and client narratives.
• Identify AI opportunities within existing accounts and present ideas.
• Serve as a technical authority and provide clear answers to colleagues.
• Build proof-of-concepts using current tools and support engineering teams post-signing.
• Prioritize use cases based on business impact and synthesize stakeholder insights.
• Facilitate collaboration among consultants, engineers, designers, and strategists.

Skills

• Familiarity with marketing, CRM, customer experience, or Martech domains is advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise Martech platforms like Adobe or Salesforce is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of AI engineering tools such as Claude Code or Codex is beneficial.
• Participation in senior client workshops as a note-taker or facilitator is a nice-to-have.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

• Proficiency in AI prototyping tools and enterprise Martech platforms.
