Qualifications

• Curiosity and hands-on experience with the latest AI tools and prototyping.
• Basic familiarity with consulting, transformation teams, or high-growth startups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage personal deliverables while learning from team dynamics.
• Professional integrity and the ability to constructively challenge ideas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to pitch materials, including commercial scope and client narratives.
• Identify AI opportunities within existing accounts and present ideas.
• Serve as a technical authority and provide clear answers to colleagues.
• Build proof-of-concepts using current tools and maintain technical context.
• Support delivery by synthesizing insights and prioritizing use cases.
• Navigate cross-functional teams effectively to influence project outcomes.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with AI engineering tools such as Claude Code or Codex is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with marketing, CRM, or enterprise Martech platforms is a plus.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
