Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience, ideally in energy infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proposal-writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high ownership and structured work approach.
  • Fluency in German and effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong teamwork and project management abilities.
  • Experience in bid and tender management, preferably in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals in collaboration with technical experts and project managers.
  • Manage tender teams and facilitate bid planning and strategy workshops.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal governance in tender processes.
  • Act as the main author of proposals, structuring and finalizing bid documents.
  • Coordinate contributions from technical specialists and manage risks in collaboration with project owners.
  • Lead pricing strategies to ensure competitive offers.
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and support Key Account Managers.

Education

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.

Tools
