Technical Solution Architect (On-site)

Job summary

The Technical Solution Architect (TSA) is responsible for maintaining the technical integrity and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership in incident resolution, problem management, change and release management, and performance optimization. The TSA collaborates with customers and internal teams to design and validate technical solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, particularly in Finance.
• Background in managed services or application management, adhering to SLAs.
• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, LCS, Power Platform Admin Center, and the Unified Admin and Developer Experience.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Dual Write, and data warehousing using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Link.
• Experience in guiding integration, data migration, and security strategies, with knowledge of Azure, Power BI, DevOps, and Azure VMs.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks independently and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex incidents, leading root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
• Manage problem resolution by identifying recurring issues and addressing them at the source.
• Design, validate, and approve changes and releases, ensuring supportability and risk management.
• Oversee environment and release governance, including readiness for One Version and assessing Microsoft updates.
• Optimize performance, capacity, and costs of the solution.
• Ensure technical integrity of integrations, data platforms, and security operations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, assisting with change scoping and renewals.

Education

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
