Job summary

This role involves managing technical projects within a newly established Patient Engagement team focused on enhancing software solutions for dental care. The position emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders to drive project success and improve patient experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project or team leadership within a software development or project-based environment, ideally in backend software engineering.
  • Familiarity with B2C organizations and understanding user acceptance criteria.
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong interest in technology and its applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the project roadmap in collaboration with R&D stakeholders.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of project scopes and technical contexts to guide decision-making.
  • Engage with developers, architects, and project managers across teams and regions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing among development teams to ensure alignment.
  • Address bug reports and manage unexpected challenges with minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate project dependencies with other software and hardware teams.
  • Oversee the technical roadmap and development plans, ensuring alignment with the team's vision.

Education
