About the role

Job summary

This role involves driving technical development and implementation projects within the Center of Excellence for Maintenance-Free Materials. The position is a 1-year maternity cover based in Thyregod, Denmark, requiring on-site presence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in technical or engineering projects, preferably in a production or process environment.
  • Familiarity with technical requirement specifications and CAPEX projects.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Design of Experiments (DoE), or similar methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and structured working style.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective collaboration skills across disciplines.
  • Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken.
  • Relevant technical degree at bachelor’s or master’s level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the painting process track in New Product Launch projects.
  • Support the implementation of vacuum plasma technology.
  • Investigate upgrade and automation opportunities within paint line solutions.
  • Define and document technical requirements for selected solutions (CAPEX).
  • Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DoE).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ensure solutions are technically mature, validated, and well-documented for implementation.
