Technical Project Manager (Computer Vision)

Job summary

This role involves managing projects within the Reconstruction Software Area, focusing on computer vision technologies. You will oversee multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with product management and technical roadmaps while facilitating collaboration among teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or team leadership within software development or research, preferably in computer vision or signal processing.
• Self-motivated team player with a strong interest in technology and its impact on users and business.
• Hands-on approach to managing roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder discussions.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple R&D initiatives, outlining long-term plans and stakeholder management.
• Balance urgent bug reports with long-term product goals to minimize impact on initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate product needs into actionable tasks and establish clear requirements.
• Coordinate project dependencies with other teams, communicating risks and trade-offs.
• Oversee the technical roadmap and development plan, ensuring alignment with product vision.
• Facilitate discussions and document outcomes to maintain transparency and focus.
