Technical Program Manager

Job summary

The role involves leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in data center design and construction, ensuring effective communication and coordination among stakeholders. The position requires managing project schedules, identifying risks, and delivering on action-oriented tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center or similar mission-critical facility design and construction.
• Proficiency in managing changing industrial construction projects.
• Fluent communication in English for interaction with stakeholders.

Compensation

• Develop and implement optimized communication plans for programs, including executive and key partner updates.
• Establish phasing and metrics for program lifecycle, focusing on continuous improvement and resource stewardship.
• Gather and analyze data necessary for program governance and stakeholder decision-making.
• Anticipate and manage change requirements from program stakeholders.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing necessary insights for decision-making.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects in an international context.
• Familiarity with data center equipment and environments, including startup and commissioning processes.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and understanding industry standards.
• Exposure to AI in a professional project setting.
• Salary range: kr.1000000 - kr.1020000 (DKK) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
