  • Experience in people management, including strategy setting and performance reviews.
  • Skills in incident escalation and managing priorities under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the authority on product configuration and setup, translating client needs into actionable strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and team dynamics, ensuring alignment and motivation.
  • Handle specific client requests and oversee performance evaluations.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for clients regarding product setup and enablement.

Skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong people skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions effectively.
  • Adaptability in a multicultural team environment.

Education

  • Relevant experience in a technical or product management field is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Personalization platforms is preferred.
