Job summary

The Team Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Supercell ecosystem, ensuring a seamless experience for players and teams from start to finish. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to enhance the player journey and manage operational tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and daily performance of Freelance Player Managers during events.
• Coordinate on-site logistics for players and team organizations.
• Handle logistical planning, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Supervise team-related expenses and prize money payments.
• Maintain and update participation obligations for all teams.
• Communicate requirements and logistics to teams in a timely manner.
• Provide support for co-streamers and local language communities via Discord.
• Work with ecosystem partners to improve player experiences and product integration.
