Job summary

The role involves leading a team focused on providing technical support and enhancing customer experience within the Energy sector. The Team Manager will be responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring effective service execution.

Qualifications

  • Background in the Energy industry, preferably in After Sales.
  • Engineering or related degree.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong service-oriented personality with effective communication and networking skills.
  • Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Senior Product Engineers.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide service execution support to sales companies and the Global Service Sales.
  • Support operations including technical helpdesk, commissioning, pilot tests, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other functions to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain updated information on departmental web pages.
  • Define and own the Technical Roadmap and service operations platforms.
  • Contribute to the establishment of global processes and standards for continuous improvement.

Education
