Job summary

This role involves leading a team of Quality Supervisors focused on ensuring high standards of quality and safety on site within the renewable energy sector. The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative capacity
• Experience in the offshore or renewable energy sector preferred; familiarity with wind industry operations is a plus
• Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, SAP, and basic conferencing applications
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of approximately 22 Quality Supervisors from designated office locations
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Foster positive relationships through effective communication and networking
• Motivate and support team members through one-on-one meetings and development plans
• Contribute to strategic service initiatives, process optimization, and site performance
• Organize and participate in meetings and events to promote team objectives
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and prepare the team for future challenges
