Job summary

A Team Coordinator is sought for the day shift, focusing on Modules 10-11-12. The role involves ensuring production continuity and maintaining high safety standards. Candidates should have a technical background and a solid understanding of molding processes.

Qualifications

• Technical education as a plastic molder or equivalent, or over 12 months of experience as a molding technician.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production flow and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and fine-tune machinery.
• Participate in departmental tasks such as cleaning, quality control, and maintenance of molds/machines.
• Lead or participate in team meetings.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support management by tracking team tasks and handling administrative duties.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with other team coordinators.
