Technical Quality Analyst (Food Industry, On-site, Denmark)

Job summary

The Technical Quality Analyst acts as a vital liaison for quality and food safety inquiries between internal teams and external customers. This role involves managing customer documentation, ensuring effective communication across departments, and supporting various quality and commercial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Attention to detail and high professionalism in communications.
• Experience in quality assurance within the food sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer documentation and ensure it is completed according to regional standards.
• Facilitate communication between the plant, quality teams, and customers, supporting project meetings as needed.
• Summarize checks for regulatory compliance and review certification requests.
• Ensure quality complaints are logged and resolved appropriately.
• Maintain audit calendars and prepare monthly metrics reports.
• Interact with customers regarding product documentation and ensure NDAs are signed.
• Manage system uploads and ensure standard replies are provided.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
