Job summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a proactive student to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while pursuing their studies. The role is situated within the Regulatory Affairs Department, providing essential support to the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a School of Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field, ideally in the 2nd year of a bachelor's degree.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceuticals and a strong desire to learn.
  • Native proficiency in Danish or another Nordic language, with fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Reliable, committed, and driven to succeed.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Proofreading texts such as Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC) and Patient Information Leaflets (PIL).
  • Collaborating closely with the Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Launch teams.
  • Updating various trackers and managing administrative tasks, including printing and archiving.

Skills

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in both Danish (or another Nordic language) and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant pharmaceutical program, preferably at the bachelor's level.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
