Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and refine the hiring playbook to enhance talent attraction and assessment.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including networking and creative outreach.
• Ensure a memorable candidate experience that reflects the company culture.
• Take on additional responsibilities within the People & Talent function as the company grows.
