This role involves supporting the EMEA Talent Acquisition team by managing the full life-cycle recruitment process to attract high-quality candidates. The position is ideal for individuals with experience in high-volume internal recruitment and offers opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a corporate high-volume, full-cycle recruitment function.
  • Internal recruitment experience with the ability to source candidates across various functions and industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English; Danish or German is preferred as an additional language.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to align on talent strategy and workforce planning.
  • Provide market insights and industry trends to influence hiring decisions.
  • Research and implement new sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
  • Ensure hiring managers are informed and aligned on recruitment activities.
  • Train hiring teams on best practices in recruiting and candidate selection.
  • Maintain accurate updates in recruitment systems for analytics and metrics.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance the talent acquisition experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing tools.
