Job summary

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner involves managing the complete recruitment process for the Danish and UK offices, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position is part of the People & Organisation team and requires collaboration with various stakeholders across European offices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within an in-house international HR function or executive search
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition and familiarity with digital recruitment tools and techniques
  • High proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in professional services, investment, or financial organizations is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Danish and UK offices, from role definition to hire closure
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and P&O Business Partners on role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing and referrals
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment and recruitment practices
  • Create engaging job advertisements and candidate communications
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment data and reporting, and oversee interview frameworks
  • Build talent pipelines and design targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Serve as the point of contact for executive search and stay updated on recruitment trends
