Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills for commercial terms and trade-offs.
  • Ability to create performance scorecards and analyze ROI data.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and job distribution platforms is essential.
  • Preferred experience in configuring recruitment tools and workflows.
  • Understanding of recruiter behavior and engagement strategies is crucial.
  • Confidence in presenting supplier strategies to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor relationships across recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Act as the main contact for Talent Acquisition suppliers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Develop and track performance scorecards for vendor assessment.
  • Monitor recruitment technology trends and recommend new tools.
  • Analyze data to enhance recruitment outcomes and advise on sourcing strategies.
  • Optimize recruitment tools and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Education
