Job summary

The role involves managing supply plans across the Nordic markets, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency. The Supply Planner will collaborate with various teams to maintain inventory levels and support business activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supply Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, or a related field.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel.
• Structured approach to managing details while keeping an overview.
• Effective communication skills to build relationships across functions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute and align supply plans with market needs.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely product availability.
• Identify supply risks and collaborate on solutions.
• Support product launches and promotions affecting supply.
• Collaborate with factories, logistics, and planning teams.
• Review performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning data.
