Warehouse Worker

Job summary

This role involves joining a Warehouse team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager, and collaborating closely with the Supply Chain team to plan daily production. The position is essential for ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods in a GMP-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations
• Valid forklift certification
• Preferably experience with shipping processes
• Good reading and writing skills
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not required
• Physical fitness is required for handling goods

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments according to applicable guidelines
• Pack finished goods according to customer agreements and quality standards
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
• Perform warehouse tasks and daily shipping duties
• Participate in inventory counts and documentation
• Book shipments and prepare shipping documents and certificates
• Register raw materials and supplies in the ERP system
• Provide internal supply to production departments
• Purchase consumables for warehouse and production
• Conduct annual and ad hoc inventory counts
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and continuous improvements

Education
