Supply Chain Specialist (Copenhagen)

Job summary

The role involves managing the daily logistics of physical goods, including outbound and inbound shipments, returns, and procurement processes. You will work closely with the warehouse and assembly team to ensure smooth operations and accurate stock management.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of operational experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse administration.
• Attention to detail to avoid errors in documentation and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without supervision.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Fluent in English; Danish is not required.
• A degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound fulfillment by booking shipments and preparing customs documentation.
• Oversee inbound logistics, tracking shipments and reconciling receipts.
• Handle reverse logistics, including returns and carrier bookings.
• Manage procurement of production consumables and maintain stock levels.
• Ensure accuracy in ERP data management and reporting.
• Initiate and lead process improvement projects within the supply chain.

Education

• Relevant degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is welcome.
