Responsibilities

• Support the Supply Chain Solutions Manager in coordinating procurement processes from request to payment.
• Facilitate the resolution of operational issues related to procurement services.
• Prepare operational reports and participate in business review meetings.
• Identify trends and risks in the supply chain that may affect external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Support capacity-strengthening activities through training and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with external partners to promote supply chain services and represent the organization in discussions.
