Supply Chain Process Optimisation & Digitalisation Expert

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing the global supply chain through process optimisation and digitalisation. You will work within the Global Value Chain department, specifically in the Quantified Supply Chain team, to develop solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in process optimisation, automation, and digital transformation in complex business settings.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Power BI and data storytelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, comfortable with large datasets and modern data platforms.
• Understanding of supply chain processes or a willingness to deepen expertise in this area.
• Proficient in English, capable of engaging stakeholders with varying technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimisation and digitalisation solutions in collaboration with business, IT, and Data & AI teams.
• Build and maintain automated data flows, reporting solutions, and dashboards to enhance transparency and support decision-making.
• Conduct advanced analytics and KPI frameworks to identify opportunities and support strategic goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Power BI, Python, and digital solutions, promoting data literacy across the organisation.
• Lead communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

Skills

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, data analytics, or a related field.
