Supply Chain Management Subject Matter Expert (Nordic, Remote)

Job summary

This role as a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain Management focuses on enhancing customer experience through knowledge and project leadership. The position involves managing various projects, facilitating change, and supporting customer onboarding and integration processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric approaches.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with SCM platforms such as MODS, SCP, and GCSS.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Initiative-taking mindset with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for migrating customers to SCP platforms.
• Provide training and capability building for CX teams on SCM systems.
• Support the implementation team with new customer integrations.
• Act as the local anchor for SCM-related deployments.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements and drive necessary changes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure collective success.

Skills

• Project management skills, preferably with knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Gemba.
• Excellent communication and articulation abilities.
• Strong operational excellence mindset.

Education

• Relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Tools

• Experience with EDI/API systems is advantageous.
