Supply Chain Coordinator

Job summary

The role involves optimizing courier logistics operations and managing 3PL performance across various markets. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and troubleshoot operational issues effectively.
• Clear communication skills in fluent English, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor logistics and 3PL performance against KPIs, coordinating daily gear activity and stock movements.
• Support the onboarding logistics process for courier partners and fleet companies.
• Maintain courier onboarding websites, ensuring smooth order flows and product updates.
• Identify and propose operational fixes for recurring issues in last-mile or warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve operational questions and support new market integrations.

Skills

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboards, such as Looker, is a plus.
• Fluency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Initial experience with AI tools for productivity improvement is beneficial.

Education

• Relevant educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify, WooCommerce, and logistics management platforms.
