Supply Chain Compliance Specialist

Job summary

This role involves providing expertise and guidance to ensure compliance and quality within Global Supply Chain Operations. The position focuses on designing and executing supply chain solutions while adhering to applicable standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, quality, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems is required.
• Strong preference for experience with quality management systems, ISO 13485, supplier management, and CAPA management.
• Preferred experience in transportation compliance, dangerous goods management, and IATA certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the design and execution of supply chain strategies, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Participate in multi-functional supply chain projects focusing on planning, modeling, and optimization.
• Develop and implement supply chain designs and processes to support business growth.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with IT partners to ensure business requirements are met.
• Manage policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
