Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience or academic project experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational performance improvement.
  • Develop predictive models and optimization algorithms using AI and machine learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics and data-driven capabilities into supply chain platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and create dashboards for real-time visibility into operational performance.
  • Support initiatives related to inventory optimization, demand planning, logistics efficiency, and supplier performance.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to present technical analysis to non-technical audiences.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Tools

  • Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms.
