Supervisor (Renewable Energy, On-site)

Job summary

This role involves overseeing pre-installation activities within the renewable energy sector, focusing on safety, quality, and team performance. The position requires a mechanical or electrical background and experience in the wind industry.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical background
• Previous experience in the wind industry, particularly with V164 or similar turbines
• Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, quality, and customer relations
• Knowledge of safety coordination and awareness
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage documentation related to pre-installation with the Quality Supervisor
• Apply correct torque/tension values and processes
• Oversee inventory and condition of tools and lifting gear
• Communicate safety and pre-installation updates to staff
• Supervise lifting operations for compliance
• Conduct mechanical inspections and manage parts ordering
• Support the Quality team and monitor site progress
