Job summary

This internship offers hands-on experience in Agile delivery and team coaching within a high-performing software development team. The role is based in Copenhagen and spans three months, starting in July 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in IT, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Agile methodologies, team dynamics, and coaching.
• Proactive and motivated to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable with technology, software development, and AI.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement Scrum and Agile principles in a team setting.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support team delivery processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance team collaboration.
• Assist in creating clarity and focus within the team.
• Provide feedback and support to team members to strengthen dynamics.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Explore AI tools to improve workflows and team efficiency.
• Assist in backlog management, planning, and research initiatives.
• Help coordinate activities across teams and maintain oversight of goals and timelines.
