Job summary

This role involves supporting customers in adopting and optimizing solutions through a structured development program. The Success Plan Manager will act as a trusted advisor, translating business objectives into actionable success activities and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.

Qualifications

  • STEM degree or equivalent technology experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Functional/Technical Consultant or in project management.
  • Hands-on experience with solution implementation and cloud modernization patterns.
  • Knowledge of solution architecture, particularly in S/4HANA and related technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a 12-month structured academy program with classroom learning and real-customer engagement.
  • Assist in executing Success Plans and maintaining customer success documentation.
  • Prepare materials for governance meetings and track adoption milestones.
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement Partners and delivery teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Support risk identification and escalation processes.

Education

  • A degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with integrated toolchains such as Holistic Engagement Planner (HEP), Cloud ALM, and customer insights tools.
