Job summary

This role involves joining a high-performing Transaction Strategy and Execution team, focusing on M&A strategy and execution in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in strategy and M&A consulting or relevant industry roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data and problem-solving.
• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly in M&A execution and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational due diligence and value creation analysis.
• Manage and drive workstreams across pre- and post-deal engagements.
• Support business development through pitch content, proposals, and client interactions.

Education
