Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic leadership, corporate development, and change management.
• Background in strategy development and execution, particularly in financial services or top-tier management consultancies.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven problem solving, financial modeling, and market analysis.
• Familiarity with the financial services industry, including personal, SME, and corporate segments.
• Effective leadership and collaboration skills, with experience at the CxO or division management level.
• Strong executive communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex topics for senior executives.
• Familiarity with technology trends and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans for the organization.
• Guide the formulation of Business Area and Functional strategies aligned with the Group's strategic direction.
• Steer large strategic initiatives, ensuring proper oversight and collaboration with various teams.
• Establish KPIs and track the execution of strategic initiatives to measure success and inform necessary adjustments.
• Provide strategic advisory and insights to the Group Leadership Team and stakeholders.
