Job summary

This position is for a motivated Student Worker to support the Supply Management & Optimization team within the Supply Chain & Maintenance Systems department. The role focuses on business intelligence and Microsoft Power Platform initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and facilitate informed business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Ideally, at least two years remaining in studies.
  • Basic understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with new people.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Support the automation of business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Assist with Power Apps development and other Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrate and maintain data sources to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze business data and convert findings into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
  • Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of BI tools and digital solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Platform, data analytics, and process automation.
  • Exposure to digital technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and AI-supported business solutions.
  • Insight into supply chain, asset management, and renewable energy operations.
  • Collaboration with experienced professionals in an international organization.
