Student Worker - Social Responsibility Operations

Job summary

The Student Worker will support the operational functions of the Social Responsibility team, focusing on planning, reporting, programme operations, and administrative coordination. This role involves ensuring timely delivery of documentation and operational activities for various initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planning information and support annual and quarterly planning activities.
• Assist in the coordination of Social Responsibility programmes, including logistics and documentation.
• Perform quality checks on reporting and maintain operational tracking tools.
• Provide administrative support, including managing team communications and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure operational success.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist with ad hoc projects.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
