Job summary

This position involves supporting the licensed consumer products division by collaborating with licensees to develop product portfolios that align with brand values and sustainability goals. The role includes engaging in contract negotiations, managing product portfolios, and working with various stakeholders to implement strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a University program related to Business or a similar field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in consumer products licensing with a focus on global/regional partnerships.
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability in licensing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance brand and business decisions with a focus on ROI.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate creatively with licensees to create product offerings for LEGO channels.
• Manage licensee pipeline and define strategic assortments based on insights.
• Negotiate contracts and manage product portfolios effectively.
• Engage with partners to provide clear strategic and brand direction.
• Work with internal teams to meet business objectives and activate brand strategies.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and interest in licensing.
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketplace reporting.
• Familiarity with systems like Adjuno (training provided).

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant University program is required.
