Job summary

This role involves supporting the Novelty Element Development team in optimizing engineering processes through data analysis and process flow design. The position is ideal for students eager to gain practical experience in process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an educational institution as a student worker.
• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Development, Science, or related fields.
• Proficient in data analysis and insights extraction.
• Basic understanding of process flows.
• Proactive in seeking information and comfortable with outreach.
• Experience with PowerBI and knowledge of AI.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection for all process steps.
• Conduct data analysis and simulate scenarios.
• Facilitate collaboration with Digital teams.
• Support investigations and reporting related to Processes and Quality.
• Aid in designing process flows and confirming processes.
• Create overviews of value-adding and non-value-adding activities.
