This position involves supporting global equipment platforms that deliver products to children worldwide, focusing on documentation, shipping, testing, and governance tasks. The role is designed for students looking to gain practical experience while contributing to the success of the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BSc degree or equivalent in Business Management, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive approach.
  • Good planning and ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in various computer programs (Office, Team Center, SAP, SharePoint).
  • Experience with Power BI tools.
  • Good command of English.
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle documentation by collecting and uploading machine documentation from suppliers.
  • Pack equipment for shipping to sites.
  • Assist with shipping tasks related to decoration machines and flex equipment.
  • Prepare documents for factory acceptance tests and manage post-test documentation.
  • Request SAP numbers for testing preparations.
  • Engage in standardization tasks for documentation and systems.
  • Perform ad-hoc equipment-related tasks as needed.

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex challenges quickly.
  • Effective communication skills, able to engage with team members at all levels.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Office, Team Center, SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI is preferred.
