Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Business Law, with at least one year of studies completed.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to tasks.
• Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of company law, commercial law, contract law, or intellectual property law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare summaries.
• Support the maintenance of legal templates, records, and documentation.
• Contribute to corporate governance administration and related processes.
• Participate in legal projects and process improvements.
