Student Worker - IT Asset Management

Job summary

This position is for a student worker in IT Asset Management, focusing on communication, coordination, and process support within a global company. The role involves assisting with the management of IT assets, including laptops and mobile devices, and ensuring efficient asset lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Corporate Communication, Business Communication, Digital Communication, Information Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Structured and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Enjoys collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Previous experience with SharePoint or content creation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support communication and follow-up with employees, managers, and external partners regarding asset lifecycle activities.
• Create and update user-facing communications and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to support asset management processes.
• Manage and resolve assigned tickets and tasks.
• Maintain and update asset-related information in relevant systems.
• Provide administrative support to the IT Asset Management team.
• Assist with communication campaigns to promote user awareness of asset management processes.
