Job summary

This position offers a student the chance to gain practical experience in Facility Management while studying. The role involves working on real projects related to buildings and facilities, providing valuable insights and skills in a global environment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, climate engineering, building technology, building physics, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years remaining in bachelor’s or master’s studies.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Architecture and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Create and update digital drawings of buildings using CAD.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to gather data for accurate digital representations.
  • Perform measurements and produce photo documentation for CAD drawings.
  • Organize and update building data in internal CAFM systems.
  • Maintain and structure documentation of buildings.
  • Support the development of 3D building models using BIM.
  • Contribute to various activities within Facility Management and Global Real Estate.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of BIM and CAFM tools.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.

Tools

  • AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, CAFM systems, BIM software.
