Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Care renewal and reactivation quotes for EMEA partners.
• Support partners with guidance on options, contract terms, and pricing.
• Follow up on quote requests to drive successful outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with resellers through proactive communication.
• Provide sales support on licensing and product information.
• Maintain accurate records of quoting activities in Salesforce.
