• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of critical communication networks.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop custom solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and FAQs.
