Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create presentations, management materials, and communication packages for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication and follow-up across international branches.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings with senior management.
• Drive planning and execution of cross-border initiatives and projects.
• Conduct research and develop clear analyses for decision-making.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interactions across various units.
• Maintain reporting, documentation, and governance processes.
• Utilize basic AI skills to enhance research and communication tasks.
• Assist with administrative and ad hoc tasks for the leadership team.
